Let's start by looking at the stories you tell yourself about your creativity. Through daily tracking exercises and guided discussions, we'll identify patterns in your creative self-talk. We'll look at specific moments where gratitude becomes an excuse ("I should just be grateful for any time to write") and start practicing what it means to claim creative space instead. You'll develop practical strategies for moving past these blocks and create your own set of deservitude statements. Together, we'll unpack your current creative habits and begin building a foundation for the work ahead.

Week 2: Dreaming Big Without Apology
Now that we've started examining your creative voice, it's time to dig up those dreams you've buried under "maybe someday" and "who am I to want this?" We'll spend this week exploring your creative aspirations through guided reflection exercises, mapping out where you want your creativity to take you, and identifying what lights you up. What would you create if you truly believed you deserved to? Through specific exercises and discussions, we'll start building a vision of your creative future that's rooted in deservingness, not just hope.

This is where we get practical about protecting your creative time. We'll review your week's experiences with boundary-setting, examine what worked and what didn't, and adjust your creative routine. Through specific exercises, we'll look at your current creative care practices (or lack thereof) and develop sustainable routines that actually fit your life. We'll work on identifying your non-negotiables and create a concrete plan for honoring them.

Week 4: Your Creative Future on Your Terms
Time to put it all together. We'll review what you've learned about your creative patterns and start building sustainable systems that work for you. Together, we'll develop a practical action plan for maintaining your creative practice, complete with specific checkpoints and accountability measures. We'll look at your creative support system, identify any gaps, and make a concrete plan for filling them. You'll leave with a clear roadmap for your next creative steps and strategies for maintaining your deservitude practice.
